Anatomy
Snapdragon anatomy is quite unique. With some traces of feline and canine attributes, it gets it's long, slender body from it's dragon lineage. On average, snaps are typically slender and skinny.
One of the most recognizable feature of the snapdragon is, of course, it's mouth. It has a jagged shaped jaw which allows it to "snap" it's mouth closed and hold a tight grip. Their mouths are usually drawn connected to the eye, but doesn't actually open in the corner. They open a bit lower, similar to a dog or cat, and can sometimes open even further back, more similar to dragons.
They have sturdy legs which taper into small paws, which sheath sharp, retractable claws. These are excellent for digging up foliage or climbing trees. Their paws are slightly webbed in between the toes to allow these creatures to be such great swimmers.
Another well known feature of snapdragons is their colorful and unique fur patterns. This helps them stand out from the other species in the area and attract a mate. There are no limitations to their fur color or markings.
Snapdragons have large eyes. This helps them see for very long distances, and spot herbs, water or shelter. Their powerful eyesight is only one of the many cat-like senses snapdragons have. Their second strongest scent is smell. They can identify different plants by scent alone.
